However, if you like to grind your own coffee beans and would like the option of cappuccino or espresso then you would do better to invest in a coffee maker that allows those options in addition to general coffee making. If you are single and prefer quick and tasty coffee, then perhaps one of the one-cup or pods coffee makers will be your best bet.

The point is that finances should not play the central role in your decision making process. You can find many different qualities of coffee makers in various price ranges. Take the time to shop around, compare prices, and buy according to your coffee drinking needs rather than simple running into your local department store and selecting the least expensive coffee maker on the shelf.
